Job Description

Black Kite Technologies is looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive to drive the growth of our software development outsourcing services. The ideal candidate will identify business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and close deals. This role requires a strong understanding of IT outsourcing, software development services, and B2B sales strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or IT outsourcing.
  • Strong knowledge of software development services (Web, Mobile, AI, AR, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Market Research:

  • Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and online platforms (LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, etc.).
  • Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine business strategies.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Conduct meetings, presentations, and demos to showcase Black Kite Technologies’ offerings.
  • Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate and close contracts while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Sales & Revenue Growth:

  • Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to enhance revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (tech, marketing, and project management) to ensure smooth project execution.

Proposal & Documentation:

  • Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and business documents.
  • Maintain records of leads, opportunities, and closed deals using CRM tools.
  • Ensure proper documentation of contracts and agreements.

Networking & Branding:

  • Represent Black Kite Technologies at industry events, webinars, and networking meets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for branding and promotional activities.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
