The app also enables members to track payment history, submit and monitor claims, update personal profiles and payment methods, and access important documents such as benefit summaries and membership agreements.

MASA Global, formerly Medical Air Services Association (MASA), is a global organization providing pre-paid medical transportation solutions approached Black Kite Technologies with a clear need: they wanted a dedicated mobile application to enhance their service experience for members who had purchased their insurance products.

The client recognized that their members needed easy, on-the-go access to manage their insurance details, view coverage benefits, track payment history, submit claims, and access important membership documents.
