However, our business analysis team did really great job in collecting the requirement from the business user very precisely.

One of the most critical challenges during our engagement with MASA Global was the need to keep their legacy system fully operational while we built and deployed the new platform. The business could not afford downtime, so both systems had to run in parallel during the transition phase. To address this, we implemented a real-time database synchronization mechanism that ensured all data entered in either system remained consistent and up to date. This allowed MASA’s team to gradually adopt the new platform without disrupting day-to-day operations. This careful planning and execution ensured a smooth cutover once the new system was fully tested and adopted, minimizing risk while maximizing business continuity.
