MASA Global was hunting for a software development company to convert its member management systems from a desktop-based system to a web-based system. After contacting dozens of companies, MASA Global’s search ended with us.
MASA Global’s requirement was to convert all the existing desktop-based systems to Web-based systems. Additionally, they would like to uplift the User experience and add various websites and functionalities.
Blue Jay’s analysis team thoroughly studies the existing system and connects with multiple business users to understand the existing business process & requirements.

  • We face challenges in the replicating the existing system without altering the existing process and it can be understood as easy as existing system.
  • It was difficult to connect with each business user (non-technical person) from multiple departments and get the requirement for the existing software and business process.
  • However, our business analysis team did really great job in collecting the requirement from the business user very precisely.
  • Our UI/UX tea did fabulous work in user interface designing. Client appreciates team for their UI work, as it was very easy for Business users to work on new system just like an old desktop-based application.
